#66 - Grateful for Community

Vol. 66

Thank you for your prayers on behalf of my family for a community for my parents!

Answer to prayer: Last night my prayers went to a prayer meeting across from their building (Shepherd/Birchmount), and this morning they are at another gathering also close by the apartment! This evening close Trini friends will come to take them out for dinner and 'to lime' (Trini slang for hanging out)! Slowly they are getting to know their neighbourhood, and the people are friendly!

Prayer request: this really is my parents’ request that they will grow deeper in their spiritual walk and serve others where God has placed them! Dad is 88 and Mom is 77! For physical strength as we go to doctors’ appointments!

For me: as the process for going back to Cambodia gets into place, that I would be patient to wait on His timing for each step.

It has been many years since we have actually been in the same place, so I am grateful to God for a Mom who intercedes and prays for others! I am grateful to you, my spiritual moms, for your prayers and guidance and support! You are too many to be named, but how grateful I am to have you all in my life!
